Project Manager – AI Center of Excellence (AI COE)

Good day! We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within their Enterprise AI Center of Excellence (AI COE). This is an exciting opportunity to drive high-impact AI, digital transformation, and enterprise technology programs while partnering with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing complex enterprise initiatives, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering technology projects on time and within budget. Experience supporting AI, analytics, cloud, or digital transformation programs is highly preferred.

Location 1000 Harbor Boulevard, Weehawken, NJ 07086 ( Onsite )

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Contract-to-Hire)

Work Authorization: W2 (USC or Green Card holder only)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise AI and technology initiatives.
• Serve as the primary Project Manager coordinating business, IT, AI/ML, and consulting teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issue logs.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide clear project status reporting.
• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and external consulting organizations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Align project execution with business objectives, enterprise strategy, and technology roadmaps.
• Monitor project health, KPIs, resource utilization, financial performance, and overall delivery metrics.
• Support organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption for AI initiatives.
• Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining quality, transparency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong background managing cross-functional business and IT teams.
• Expertise in project planning, governance, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience delivering projects involving AI, analytics, cloud technologies, data platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience supporting AI/ML or Generative AI initiatives.
• Industry experience within Retail, Consumer Goods, Fashion, Footwear, Apparel, or Manufacturing.
• Experience working with consulting firms, system integrators, or enterprise PMOs.
• PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or Agile certification.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience managing client-facing technology or consulting engagements.
