Executive Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE

Careerscape is hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders at a fast-moving New York organization. You will be the right hand that keeps executives organized, prepared, and a step ahead. This hybrid role is perfect for a polished, proactive professional who thrives on anticipating needs.

COMPENSATION

$65,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience. Full-time, hybrid schedule based in New York, NY.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones
• Arrange domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and executive correspondence
• Screen and prioritize incoming communications
• Track expenses and process reports accurately and on time
• Coordinate events, off-sites, and leadership meetings
• Handle confidential information with discretion

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Advanced comfort with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Sound judgment and a high level of discretion
• Ability to work on-site in New York on scheduled days

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
• Familiarity with travel and expense platforms
• Experience in a professional services or corporate environment
