Job Description
• 3+ years working with large financial data sets, such as market data, order/execution data, and/or positions data.
• 3+ years of Kdb+/Q, experience working in a Unix/Linux environment.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills/ Confident in communicating with stakeholders
• Ability to learn new technologies and business knowledge
• Other language experience is a bonus i.e Python, Java, Unix/Linux
• Experience of agile methodologies will be an advantage
Highly Valued
• Capital markets experience, e.g. Derivs, Stocks, index, ETFs trading.
• Proven delivery track record, Cloud experience (e.g. AWS) is preferred.
• Good team player with a strong desire to participate and help others
• Able to bring critical thinking and new ideas to the team
• Demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work.
