Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to represent the client’s AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) and drive the successful planning, execution, and governance of AI and technology initiatives. The Project Manager will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT leadership, consulting partners, and delivery teams to ensure alignment, timely execution, and realization of business outcomes.

Act as the primary Project Manager representing the client for AI COE initiatives.

Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and governance activities.

Coordinate across business, IT, data, AI/ML, and consulting teams.

Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting.

Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.

Ensure alignment between client business objectives and technology roadmap.

Collaborate with external partners and system integrators, including Deloitte and Infosys delivery teams.

Track project financials, resource utilization, and overall program health.

Establish communication plans and maintain stakeholder engagement across all levels.

Support adoption and change management activities for AI initiatives.

Monitor project KPIs and ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives.

Mandatory skills:

8+ years of Project/Program Management experience.

Strong stakeholder and executive management skills.

Experience managing cross-functional Business and IT teams.

Proven expertise in project planning, governance, risk, and issue management.

Experience delivering technology, data, analytics, or AI initiatives.

Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project)

Desired/ Secondary skills:

Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI programs.

Retail industry experience.

Experience working with consulting partners and system integrators.

PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Experience in client-facing PM or PMO roles.

Contract-to-hire environment experience preferred.
