Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network & Systems Administrator to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, network, servers, Microsoft 365 environment, and end-user systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows/Linux administration, network troubleshooting, firewall management, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), endpoint support, backups, and IT security.

The role involves ensuring high availability of IT systems, maintaining secure network operations, supporting business users, and participating in IT governance and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer Network Infrastructure, Windows & Linux Servers, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Microsoft 365 User & License Management, Firewall & Network Security, System Monitoring & Health Checks, Backup & Disaster Recovery, MySQL Database Administration, DNS, SSL & Nginx Configuration, Endpoint & End-User Support, IT Asset & Inventory Management, Conference Room & Collaboration Devices, Vendor & ISP Coordination, Operating System & Software Patch Management, IT Security & Compliance, Documentation & Standard Operating Procedures, and Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations.
