Job Description
Responsibilities
- CI/CD Pipelines Design, build, and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines (Jenkins or GitLab CI).
- Infrastructure as Code — Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform.
- Cloud Operations — Manage and optimize workloads on AWS or Azure including compute, networking, storage, and security.
- Containerization & Orchestration — Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS or AKS).
- Monitoring & Observability — Implement logging, metrics, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki and Open telemetry.
- Security & Compliance — Embed DevSecOps practices into pipelines; manage secrets, access controls, dependency scanning and vulnerability scanning (Preferably GitLab Security).
- Client Facing Support — Act as a technical point of contact for clients regarding production environment health, deployments, and incident escalations.
- Collaboration — Work closely with developers, architects, and product teams to support platform needs and best practices.
