Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend systems and applications using Python. This role requires deep expertise in modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and API-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable applications using Python
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Work with databases to design and optimize schemas and queries
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10–12+ years of experience in Python development
• Strong hands-on experience with frameworks like:
• Django / Flask / FastAPI
• Expertise in:
• REST API development
• Microservices architecture
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with asynchronous programming and performance tuning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Big Data ecosystems
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with event-driven architecture
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
• Prior experience working in enterprise or product-based environments

• Candidates on GC, USC, L2S, H4 EAD, TN, OPT EAD are encouraged to apply
