• 1.5 years of hands-on Kotlin experience you’ve shipped real code, not just followed tutorials
• Solid experience consuming APIs and wiring them into real app features
• Strong UI development skills across mobile and tablet form factors
• Strong problem-solving instincts you enjoy the ‘why is this breaking at scale’ puzzles as much as the ‘how do I build this’ ones
• Hands-on experience with MVVM or MVP architecture
• A strong handle on persistent storage, Preferences and databases, done right
• Experience with one or more Jetpack components: Compose, Navigation Architecture, WorkManager
• Experience working with multi-table databases, modular app architecture, and writing unit tests
