Customer Service Expert – AI Career Guidance Evaluator

We’re looking for experienced Customer Service professionals in the New York area to help train, evaluate, and improve next-generation AI systems — ensuring they deliver accurate, practical, and realistic career guidance.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep professional experience in customer-facing roles and a sharp eye for what real career advice looks like.

What You’ll Do

• Review career-related questions submitted by professionals at different stages of their customer service careers
• Write high-quality “golden answers” that reflect expert-level career guidance within the customer service field
• Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
• Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
• Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Meaningful professional experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Services, or Call Center Operations
• Strong understanding of customer-facing roles, career ladders, and growth opportunities in the field
• Excellent written communication skills — you can explain things clearly and concisely
• Able to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice rooted in real experience
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Team Lead, Supervisor, or management experience in a customer service environment
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring customer service professionals
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot
• Quality assurance, performance coaching, or workforce management background
• Customer Success experience
