About The Role Nscale is scaling fast — and the AI infrastructure that powers our global compute platform needs to arrive on time, every time. We’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to support procurement execution and operational delivery across AI infrastructure hardware categories — GPUs, servers, networking, and IT equipment — as we expand our datacenter footprint worldwide.

You’ll be a key link between vendor commitments and on-the-ground delivery. That means helping drive operational reliability across AI infrastructure builds, supporting consistent planning processes across sites, and keeping our procurement engine running with the discipline and pace this environment demands. This role is scoped to the AI infrastructure layer — the compute, networking, and IT equipment stack that makes AI workloads run — not civil infrastructure like power systems, cooling, or physical buildings.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys execution complexity and wants to contribute to how a fast-growing AI infrastructure company buys and deploys hardware at scale.

What You’ll Do You’ll start by getting close to the ground. That means learning current procurement workflows, mapping supplier relationships across GPU vendors, server OEMs, and IT equipment partners, and helping identify where delivery risk is hiding — whether in lead times, contract terms, or gaps between what’s on order and what’s actually needed. You’ll build working relationships with infrastructure, finance, and commercial teams, and help establish the operational baseline the wider team builds on.

From there, you’ll support the procurement execution cycle for AI infrastructure hardware. You’ll manage vendor relationships and purchase order workflows across hardware categories, coordinate inbound logistics and delivery scheduling to keep AI infrastructure builds on track, and act as a point of escalation when supplier commitments slip. You’ll work with teams across sites to help standardize planning and procurement processes — supporting consistency in how we forecast demand, issue POs, and manage delivery milestones regardless of geography.

Over time, you’ll take on a growing role in Nscale’s expanding IT equipment category — end-user compute, networking peripherals, enterprise hardware — helping build vendor relationships and operational playbooks that scale with the business. You’ll help design reporting cadences and dashboards that give leadership visibility into AI infrastructure hardware availability, delivery status, and procurement risk, and you’ll contribute ideas as the supply chain function matures.

Who You Are

• 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement operations, or hardware sourcing
• Background in datacenter, cloud infrastructure, or hyperscale environments — you understand what it means when a build slips
• Experience supporting GPU-based hardware procurement or large-scale server and networking deployments
• Track record managing OEM and hardware vendor relationships — from RFQ through delivery and acceptance
• Solid understanding of inbound logistics coordination, including import/export requirements, freight planning, and milestone tracking
• Experience contributing to procurement process standardization across multiple sites or geographies is a plus
• Comfortable working across IT equipment categories — networking hardware, end-user compute, enterprise peripherals
• Strong Excel skills; able to build and maintain procurement tracking and scenario models
