Robert Half NYC is partnering exclusively with a fast-growing softwarer firm with an outstanding leadership team to hire a Senior Accounting Manager . This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the CFO, manage a small team, and play a pivotal role in the company’s continued expansion.

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processe
• sOversee all financial reporting, ensuring strict adherence to GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition standard
• sPrepare and analyze P&L statements, delivering insights to support decision-makin
• gManage, mentor, and develop a staff of two accounting professional
• sPartner with internal business units and external stakeholders, including auditor
• sEnsure the accuracy and integrity of all accounting systems and processe
• sMaintain and improve workflows in NetSuite to support growth and efficienc

Qualificatio**

• nsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferr
• ed7+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting foundation strongly preferred but not requir
• edDemonstrated expertise in GAAP and ASC 606 complian
