Graphic Design Intern

Private Label Cosmetics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in graphic design, e-commerce, and day-to-day business operations while providing the opportunity to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Creating and editing graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Canva
• Assisting with updates and maintenance of multiple Wix websites
• Preparing artwork for product labels, packaging, and marketing materials
• Printing documents and assisting with production-related tasks
• Scheduling shipments and coordinating freight logistics
• Data entry and maintaining organized digital records
• Assisting with customer account support and general administrative tasks
• Basic bookkeeping assistance (QuickBooks experience is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Canva (required)
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, and Wix
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or Amazon Seller Central is a plus
• Interest in social media marketing and digital content creation
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

This internship starts at $20/hour and is designed to provide meaningful, real-world experience while helping us identify the best long-term fit for our team.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
