Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a continuous part of the work, ensuring that the applications meet evolving business needs and operate efficiently across different client environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development activities.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Administration.
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting PeopleSoft environments to ensure optimal system performance.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management including deployment, patching, and upgrades within PeopleSoft.
• Ability to monitor system health and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
• Familiarity with database management and integration techniques related to PeopleSoft applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
