Job Description
Highly regarded, boutique investment firm located in the heart of Manhattan, is seeking a professional and dedicated Front Office Executive Assistant.
Greet visitors, clients and vendors. Manage office operations. Maintain conference rooms and meeting spaces. Distribute lunch orders. Order supplies. Serve as point person for fire and safety issues. Manage calendars and expenses for Executives.
Must possess a warm and welcoming persona with a no job too small mentality. Experience out of a fast-paced working environment, required.
Proficiency required in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Concur.
Great opportunity within a stable company with a real family feel.
Base salary up to 80-100K plus generous bonus.5 days on site. -
