We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Executive to own end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing a monthly ad budget of ₹5 Lakhs , generating 150+ qualified leads per month , and executing 20+ Meta ad campaigns every month

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage a monthly advertising budget of ₹5 Lakhs while maximizing ROI and lead quality.
• Generate a minimum of 150 qualified leads per month through performance marketing campaigns.
• Launch and optimize 20+ Meta ad campaigns every month across Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversion, Engagement, and Remarketing objectives.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and placements.
• Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and business development teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads best practices, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Proven experience managing a monthly advertising budget of ₹5 Lakhs or more .
• Demonstrated success in generating 150+ qualified leads per month through Meta campaigns.
• Experience in executing and optimizing 20+ Meta campaigns per month .
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Events Manager.
• Expertise in audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Meta Blueprint Certification will be an added advantage.
