• Strong Python programming.
• Solid Java , Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering.
• Document parsing, OCR, Document Intelligence, image-based extraction.
• Vector databases, embeddings, semantic search.
• SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Enterprise data integration (APIs, databases, document repositories).
• Building scalable APIs/services.
• GenAI evaluation frameworks:
• Ground truth validation
• Hallucination detection
• Accuracy
• Relevance
• Groundedness
• Response quality evaluation
• Production-grade AI workflow development.

Preferred Skills

• Azure AI stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise GenAI/RAG applications.
• Integrate structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Build OCR/document intelligence pipelines.
• Create chunking, embedding, indexing and retrieval pipelines.
• Manage vector databases.
• Work with relational databases for enrichment.
• Implement evaluation and benchmarking frameworks.
• Deliver secure, scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Ideal Candidate

• Can independently build GenAI applications from ingestion → parsing → embeddings → vector database → retrieval → evaluation.
• Strong practical implementation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable across AI Engineering, Data Engineering and Application Integration.
