Staff Product Manager, AI Voice

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager AI Voice to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the AI Voice strategy and roadmap, defining product vision and timelines
• Identify and address gaps in AI performance before they escalate to customer issues
• Maintain close relationships with hotel clients to translate operational challenges into product enhancements
• Collaborate with Engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure platform scalability and reliability
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators connected to AI functionality
• Align engineering, sales, and customer success teams around unified goals for AI products

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, specifically in enterprise SaaS and AI/Conversational AI
• Deep technical knowledge in conversational AI technologies such as LLMs and NLP
• Proven experience aligning cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Ability to link AI metrics to business performance outcomes
• History of engaging with enterprise clients to inform product development
