Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong Azure experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in backend development, microservices architecture, and Azure cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications
- Build and deploy microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
- Develop and migrate applications to Microsoft Azure
- Work with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Storage
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java (Java 8/11/17)
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in Git and Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka or Azure Service Bus)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or ARM templates)
- Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, and SSO
- Experience in domains such as Banking, Healthcare, or Retail
