We are looking for an AI-Native Technical Content Writer to own our blog pipeline end-to-end—from structured outline to publish-ready draft—using tools like Claude and ChatGPT.

This isn’t a traditional writing role. We evaluate how smartly and quickly you leverage AI to produce high-quality, deeply technical content.

📝 What You’ll Do:

• Prompt Like a Pro: Produce high-quality blog drafts rapidly using Claude and other AI tools with highly structured, purposeful prompts.
• Architect Content: Build detailed outlines (H2/H3 hierarchy, target keywords, CTAs) before drafting.
• Speak to Tech Experts: Write authoritative content tailored specifically to a technical QA audience and software testing professionals.
• Humanise AI Output: Edit, refine, and inject personality into AI drafts to match our brand voice and meet strict editorial standards.
• Optimise for Search: Drive traffic by aligning all content with SEO best practices, target keywords, and clean on-page structure.
• Analyze & Iterate: Track content performance metrics and continuously optimize based on search rankings and traffic data.

💼 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3–6 years of content writing experience within B2B SaaS, DevTools, or the software testing industry.
• AI Expertise: Demonstrable AI prompting skills. You know how to guide an LLM to get a quality first draft fast (often within 30–45 minutes of a brief).
• Domain Knowledge: Working knowledge of modern test automation tools and frameworks.
• Speed & Structure: Ability to research and produce a comprehensive 1,500–3,000-word content outline in under an hour.
