Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Build and enhance Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
• Design and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and AWS.
• Good understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and system architecture.
• Experience with Design Thinking and problem-solving approaches.
• Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC).
• Self-starter with excellent ownership and accountability.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud-native application development and deployment.
