Job Description:

Senior-level ServiceNow Developer supporting our clients Automation Solutions team.

This role focuses on building and enhancing modern ServiceNow front-end experiences using UI Builder, Service Operations Workspace, and Flow Designer, as well as custom applications via App Engine. The developer will partner closely with business units in a highly regulated banking environment, requiring strong communication, technical depth, and adaptability across platforms.

Our client, a well-established financial institution, is seeking a Mid to Senior level ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance enterprise ServiceNow platforms used across core business and technology functions. This role will focus on custom development, UI Builder, and custom workspaces, working closely with platform architects, business stakeholders, and technology partners.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience, excellent JavaScript skills, and a solid understanding of ServiceNow’s Glide object model. Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements

· Build and customize ServiceNow UI Builder components and custom workspaces

· Develop client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript and the ServiceNow Glide API

· Collaborate with platform architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

· Ensure solutions align with banking security, compliance, and governance standards

· Support integrations, workflows, and automation across ServiceNow modules

· Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables

· Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous platform improvement
