Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Music Studio Marketing and Sales Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. Duties

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the studio’s services and programmes.
• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, including posts, videos, and promotional materials.
• Support the organisation of events, workshops, and promotional campaigns to attract new clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the music industry.
• Maintain organised records of client interactions, sales leads, and marketing activities using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Collaborate with the team on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for client meetings and promotional events.
• Assist in building relationships with potential B2B clients through outreach and follow-up communications.
• Analyse sales data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support general administrative tasks related to sales and marketing activities.

Experience

• Proven experience in marketing or sales roles, preferably within the music or creative industries.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrable project management experience with the ability to organise multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; familiarity with IT systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and techniques is desirable.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights for strategic planning.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks independently.
• Experience with social media management platforms is a plus.
