Job Description
Job Summary
A global hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Product Analyst to support the worldwide deployment of a proprietary front-office system used by hotel operations teams. This role partners closely with product engineering, deployment, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable requirements, deliver meaningful analytics, and ensure successful adoption across hotel and corporate environments.
The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality domain expertise, experience with hotel technology platforms, and the ability to bridge business operations with technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Engineering to communicate user requirements, refine user stories, and support delivery timelines
- Collaborate with global deployment teams to understand regional operational needs and prioritize enhancements with the Product Manager
- Support deployments through troubleshooting, system configuration, and issue resolution
- Design, document, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and test cases
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend procedural and system improvements
- Apply subject-matter expertise to evaluate hotel operations during product enhancements or process investigations
- Support and oversee standardization of applications that enable core hotel business functions
- Create and maintain clear documentation for hotel and corporate stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality operations, such as:
- Front Office / Guest Reception
- Guest Services
- Housekeeping
- Reservations
- Recreation or similar hotel operations roles
- Demonstrated experience using hotel technology systems and understanding their operational and business impact
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and test scenarios
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hospitality platforms and tools such as:
- Opera PMS
- Colleague Advantage
- HotSOS
- Zingle
- Sertifi
- Credit card processing systems
- Recognized as a subject-matter expert in hotel technology solutions
- Experience supporting global or multi-region technology deployments
Rate: ~$65-$70/hr
