Job Description
Hiring: AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI
Location: Piscataway, NJ 08854 (Onsite)
Experience: 3+ Years
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Employment Type: W2 Only
Visa: H1B Transfer Candidates Only
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering
- Strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI)
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain, LangGraph, or similar GenAI frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Mandatory Requirements:
- H1B Transfer is mandatory
- Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis
- Willing to work onsite in Piscataway, NJ
