Part-Time IT Support & Digital Media Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time IT Support & Digital Media Coordinator to provide technical support, maintain the company website, and manage social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling IT issues while supporting the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities: IT Support

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, internet, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and office equipment.
• Set up email accounts and user access.
• Provide technical support to employees.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary.
• Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity practices.

Website Management

• Update and maintain the company website.
• Upload new content, images, and company information.
• Ensure the website remains functional and up to date.
• Coordinate with developers for major website changes if required.

Social Media

• Manage company social media accounts.
• Create and schedule posts.
• Design simple marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Respond to basic inquiries and monitor social media activity.
• Support branding and online marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in IT Support or Digital Media.
• Experience with website management (WordPress preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and printers.
• Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Basic graphic design.
• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
