Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Angular, and AWS Cloud, along with experience leading development teams and driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in designing and developing scalable Java Full Stack applications.
- Drive technical design, architecture, and implementation using Java, Angular, and AWS.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor development teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Ensure application scalability, security, and high availability.
- Follow Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Core Java, Java 8/11/17
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs, Microservices
- Strong expertise in Angular (8+/10+/12+/14+)
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM)
- Experience with SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL
- Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD
- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes is preferred.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and software development best practices.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring developers.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Software Engineering or related discipline is an added advantage.
