UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centered web and mobile applications, transforming complex ideas into simple and seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user journeys, wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and information architecture.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyse user feedback to improve product experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain consistency with the company’s design system and brand guidelines.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Champion UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and user-centered design.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4–5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile product design projects.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills.
• Experience designing responsive and adaptive interfaces.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience designing dashboards and data visualization interfaces.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within a software or technology company.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
