The Role

We’re looking for a US-based Brand Assistant to help grow Morning Made’s presence across TikTok and Meta. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social — someone who knows how to create content that actually stops the scroll, understands the nuance between organic and paid, and can manage creator relationships with care.

You’ll work closely with our team to execute our social content strategy, manage our gifting and collab pipeline, and help amplify what’s working through paid.

What You’ll Do

Organic TikTok

• Create and post authentic, community-first TikTok content that entertains before it sells
• Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and communities relevant to the brand
• Develop a consistent posting cadence that builds our presence within the wellness/lifestyle space
• Engage with our community and relevant creators to build organic reach

Paid Social (Meta & TikTok)

• Generate paid content based on data and insight (our brand and competitor brands)
• Repurpose top-performing organic content into paid creative
• Make data-informed recommendations to improve content performance

Monthly Collaborations

• Source and vet US-based brand partners for monthly collab opportunities
• Support the Content Manager on outreach and logistics
• Coordinate content delivery timelines and approval processes
• Track collab performance (EMV, engagement rate, reach)

Gifting

• Support Bella on our ongoing gifting programme — identifying, reaching out to, and sending product to aligned creators and community members
• Maintain a gifting tracker (contacts, send dates, follow-ups, content output)
• Build genuine relationships with gifted creators to nurture long-term advocates

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships (agency or brand-side)
• Strong, demonstrable TikTok content skills — you know what works organically and why
• Ability to seek out top performing creative and re-create for our brand using insight tools like motion or similar.
• Experience managing creator relationships and gifting programmes, nice to have
• Excellent communication skills — warm, professional, and on-brand in every touchpoint
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
• Based in the US with a strong pulse on US wellness/lifestyle trends and creator culture

Nice to Have

• Experience with a DTC wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brand
• Familiarity with tools like Later, Sprout, Notion, or similar for scheduling and project management
• Existing relationships with US-based micro and mid-tier creators in the wellness/lifestyle space
