Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Python AWS Developer with strong expertise in developing scalable cloud-native applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, AWS services, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and modern backend development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance Python applications.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Build and integrate third-party APIs, ensuring efficient request/response handling.
• Work extensively with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL (Amazon RDS), Step Functions, and Kinesis.
• Design and implement efficient data storage solutions using relational and NoSQL databases.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, DevOps, QA, and Product teams.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development.

• Extensive experience with AWS Cloud services:

• AWS Lambda
• Amazon S3
• DynamoDB
• PostgreSQL / Amazon RDS
• AWS Step Functions

• AWS Kinesis

• Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience in API integration and handling request/response workflows.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of cloud and API security best practices.

Required Experience

• 68 years of overall software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience using Python.
• Hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services and Microservices architecture.
