About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, and Telecom BSS to design, develop, and support mission-critical telecom applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical expertise, production support experience, and the ability to mentor team members while contributing to architecture and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Java applications.
• Lead feature delivery, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and perform RCA for critical issues.
• Build scalable backend services using Spring Boot and distributed technologies.
• Support CI/CD, deployments, and database migrations.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and customer technical teams.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence.

Required Skills

• 510 years of Java development experience.
• • Strong Java 8 (Java 17/21 preferred).
• • Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, REST APIs.
• • Apache Kafka.
• • Hazelcast/Redis.
• • MySQL and SQL optimization.
• • Linux and Ansible (preferred).
• • Strong production troubleshooting skills.
