Sales & Stair Design Coordinator

Deer Park Stairbuilding & Millwork has been designing and building custom staircases for homeowners, builders, architects, and contractors for decades. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and learning new skills.

No stair experience? That’s okay.

We’re looking for the right person with the right attitude. We’ll teach you the stair business.

What You’ll Do

This position is a combination of customer service, sales, design, and project coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome customers into our showroom
• Help homeowners and contractors select stair styles, railings, wood species, and design options
• Prepare quotations and estimates
• Learn StairCon stair design software (training provided)
• Design custom stair layouts
• Follow up on quotations and help convert opportunities into sales
• Coordinate with our drafting, production, and installation teams
• Answer customer questions throughout the sales process
• Keep projects organized from initial inquiry through production

Every day is different. You’ll work with everyone from first-time homeowners to experienced builders on projects that become permanent parts of people’s homes.

Experience in construction, cabinetry, millwork, kitchens, windows, doors, flooring, or building materials is a plus—but not required.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
