Job Description
JCW is working on an Administrative Assistant opportunity with a leading global technology company in Mountain View, CA.
This is a 6-month contract (maternity leave coverage) supporting a senior exec’s calendar and travel, plus occasional support for his direct reports. You’ll manage 80-90% of scheduling using discretion on prioritization, coordinate monthly travel via Navan, process expenses in Concur, and help produce daily/weekly team reports. Onsite 5 days/week, 8am-5pm with some flexibility around the exec’s schedule.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of administrative/executive support experience
- Strong SharePoint proficiency (light Excel use)
- Comfort managing a high-volume, fast-changing calendar with discretion
- Experience with travel booking and expense tools (Navan/Concur or similar)
- A creative streak - occasional help with event swag/materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication
