Job Description

Passionate, mid-level .NET Software Engineer!

Work on a brilliant team and learn from some exceptional seniors/principals.

This role is based in Dublin City – 4 days a week, in modern luxury office space.

EU Passport or Stamp 4 essential

AI-assisted development: GitHub Copilot is used responsibly to support coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation, with a strong focus on offloading mundane tasks and accelerating delivery (e.g. generating workflow APIs in ~30 minutes). They’re looking to understand your knowledge of AI, both within and outside of work, including your genuine, pragmatic opinions on how it should be used. This is their new way of working: they’re actively adopting these tools, building processes around them, and learning as they go. Collaboration is central, with pair and mob programming used to explore how AI can help generate UI concepts and interface code, prototype quickly, and reduce boilerplate on the backend.

They are looking for a minimum of 3 years of .NET experience. Couple with ASP.NET Core, API, SQL, Azure and ideally React, they will cross-train from another SPA.

You get to learn in this Modern Technical environment

Platform: .NET 10, C# 14, ASP.NET Core

Application stack: ASP.NET Core, Web API, React

Architecture: Monolith

Cloud: .NET Aspire, Microsoft Azure, Azure SQL Database / Azure SQL Managed Instance,

Data : SQL Server(tables, relationships between the data types, models in the database and code itself), Entity Framework, T-SQL, data modelling, query optimisation

IDE: Visual Studio Enterprise 2026

Engineering workflow: GitHub, Git-based workflows, CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, secure engineering practices

You’ll be working on both internal systems and a client-facing portal, so any awareness of enterprise-level security, particularly around authentication and authorisation, would be useful.

Any basic knowledge of concepts like OAuth, Entra ID, or identity flows is beneficial, and you’ll be supported in developing this further in the role.

Does this describe you?

  • .NET Developer who’s a genuine team player!

  • Takes ownership of their work end-to-end.

  • Curious and improvement-minded.

  • Likes to understand why something is broken and how to fix it better next time.

  • Interested in technology and continuous learning.

  • Collaborative and comfortable asking the team for input and ideas.

  • Proud of the software they build.

  • Follows best practices in code quality, testing, and version control.

  • Enjoys building software that matters and is used by real people.

  • Works with SOLID principles and practices.

  • Applies Domain-Driven Design principles and practices.

  • Knows when and how to use design patterns.

  • Understands and follows CI/CD practices.

What will you do in this role

Design, build, and support secure, scalable .NET applications and APIs.

Translate requirements into clean, maintainable solutions with strong ownership and quality focus.

Collaborate with product, cloud, security, data, and engineering teams to deliver and support production systems.

Apply engineering best practices across coding, testing, CI/CD, support, and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
