Job Description
Role Description:
This is a part-time remote role for a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant, supporting a Monaco-based principal with a mix of personal, lifestyle, administrative, and client-related responsibilities.
The role will involve providing day-to-day organisational support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, booking personal appointments, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining records. The Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant will also assist with selected client-related tasks, including coordinating calls, following up on actions, preparing information, liaising with external contacts, and supporting communication across different projects.
The role may also include helping with events, guest lists, invitations, venue coordination, supplier communication, and light marketing or presentation support. Experience in events, marketing, luxury services, or client-facing environments would therefore be a strong advantage.
As the principal is based in Monaco, some French language ability would be beneficial, particularly for liaising with local suppliers, restaurants, venues, service providers, and administrative contacts.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, discreet, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-net-worth environment where priorities can change quickly. They should be confident managing follow-ups, keeping tasks moving, and ensuring that both personal and professional matters are handled efficiently and confidentially.
Qualifications:
Strong Personal Assistance, Executive Assistance, or administrative support experience, ideally supporting senior leaders, entrepreneurs, private clients, or high-net-worth individuals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage professional correspondence clearly and efficiently.
Strong diary management and scheduling skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to coordinate meetings, travel, personal appointments, and client calls.
Good administrative and clerical skills, including document preparation, data entry, record keeping, and use of standard office software.
A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity when handling sensitive personal, client, financial, or household matters.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks remotely.
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for coordination, communication, document sharing, task tracking, and secure information management.
Previous experience in events, marketing, luxury/lifestyle services, family offices, private households, or client-facing business support would be highly beneficial.
Basic French language skills would be an advantage, particularly for Monaco-based coordination.
- Relevant education or training in administration, business, events, marketing, or a related field would be helpful but is not essential.
