Our client is a high-growth fintech building an AI-powered banking and cash management platform for e-commerce brands doing $5M-$200M in sales. They function like a neo-bank - credit cards, capital, bill pay, and treasury services - and are automating the manual treasury and FP&A work brands still do by hand today. Backed by top-tier investors ($42M raised), currently Series A and heading into Series B within the next 8 months, with a team of 48 that includes alumni from Shopify, Square, Toast, Rippling, and McKinsey.
We’re looking for an AI Implementation Associate to sit at the intersection of finance, AI, and customer success. You’ll consult directly with e-commerce brand customers, translate messy financial problems into automated workflows using the company’s agentic AI platform, and prototype new AI-powered solutions when existing capabilities fall short.
What you’ll be doing:
- Consulting with brand customers to understand financial workflows, then configuring the AI platform to deliver measurable cash improvements
- Reviewing AI-generated outputs for financial accuracy - income statements, balance sheets, cash flow
- Prototyping new AI-powered workflows and iterating directly with customers until they work
- Identifying patterns across customers and partnering with Product & Engineering to scale manual processes into autonomous features
- Managing multiple customer relationships as the trusted point of contact for optimizing their cash position
What you bring:
- 3-5 years in finance, consulting, or ops, with financial literacy and comfort reading live P&Ls and balance sheets
- Background as a financial analyst, FP&A, consultant, or in IB
- Customer-facing experience implementing or advising on financial workflows
- BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or CS
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets financial modeling ability
- Hands-on comfort with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor
- High competence, low ego, thrives in ambiguity
US-based candidates only (no standard visa sponsorship); relocation considered case by case for exceptional candidates.
This is a high-priority hire for a team moving fast toward Series B.
