Job title: AI Automation Engineer
Location: Bridgewater NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Moveworks Expertise – Hands-on experience with the Moveworks platform, including configuration, deployment, and optimization of AI-powered employee support solutions and conversational workflows.
- AI Agent Development – Proven ability to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using modern AI/ML frameworks, including agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration, and tool-use patterns.
- N8N Workflow Automation – Proficiency in building and managing complex automation workflows using N8N, integrating APIs, and connecting enterprise systems for seamless process automation.
- AI/ML Model Knowledge – Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integrating AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) into production-grade applications.
- Integration & API Development – Experience integrating AI tools and automation platforms with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Slack, or similar SaaS platforms.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation – Ability to identify automation opportunities, prototype AI-driven solutions rapidly, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact.
