Office Assistant and Customer Support Representative

Overview

Dwarven Forge is looking for a part-time customer support agent (work from home). We make handcrafted, hand-painted, gaming terrain, primarily for role-playing games (e.g. Dungeons & Dragons). We sell directly to consumers worldwide from our .

Key skills/responsibilities:

• Field customer service messages, mostly via e-mail.
• Prioritize responses based upon the urgency of issues addressed by customers.
• Coordinate with other members of our team as needed to resolve customer issues.
• Develop (over time) Dwarven Forge product expertise.
• Write with clarity, accuracy, courtesy, and thoroughness. Be resourceful, stay organized, act with urgency and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Occasional holiday and weekend coverage.
• Ability to visit our Brooklyn (Bushwick) office
• Cleaning, organization, and help with sorting pieces
• Occasional travel to CT warehouse with Director of Operations to warehouse for inventory control, updating products with replacements parts and stock intake

Pay: $19.00 per hour
