Role Description

Hamptons JazzFest — Part-Time PR Assistant (Temporary) April – June Hamptons JazzFest is looking for a part-time PR assistant to support spring programming and lead-up to the summer season. This role is short-term, hands-on, and fast-paced. It’s giving real access to how a nonprofit arts organization runs marketing, press, and audience growth across multiple venues. What you’ll do: • Coordinate event listings across media platforms • Assist with social media content and scheduling • Support outreach to local press, partners, and community orgs Who you are: • Organized and reliable • Comfortable working independently • Interested in music, live events, and cultural programming Details: • Part-time • Temporary: April through June • Flexible schedule depending on event calendar.
