UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into seamless user interfaces and meaningful user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, user-friendly design flows.
• Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, colors, and interaction patterns.
• Test designs for usability and accessibility, iterating based on feedback.
• Prepare design assets and detailed specifications for development handoff.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
