Job Summary

We are looking for a CXM L5 – Customer Analytics & AI Consulting Lead with 11–15 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Consulting, or Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate should have a strong consulting background with mandatory BFSI domain expertise and experience in Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Risk Analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI. The role requires partnering with senior business stakeholders, leading large-scale analytics engagements, and delivering data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Fortune 100 BFSI organizations, including Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital, Risk, and Strategy teams.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Translate business problems into scalable analytics, AI/ML, and data-driven solutions.
• Design business solutions using customer, marketing, risk, AML, campaign, and transactional data.
• Drive AI/ML and Generative AI adoption by defining solution architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Lead large-scale analytics engagements and ensure successful delivery and stakeholder management.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams comprising data scientists, analysts, data engineers, and consultants.
• Collaborate with technology and data engineering teams to develop scalable analytics platforms and data products.
• Present strategic recommendations and executive insights to senior business stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in BFSI, Analytics, and AI.

Mandatory Skills

• 11–15 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Consulting, or Business Intelligence.
• Mandatory BFSI domain experience (Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Insurance).
• Consulting background is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Risk Analytics, AML, and Campaign Analytics.
• Expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI solution development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Experience with cloud and data platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Segmentation, Propensity Models, CLTV, Recommender Systems, and Customer 360.
• Experience in Campaign Measurement, A/B Testing, Market Mix Modeling (MMM), and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
• Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing client engagements and leading analytics teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong consulting experience in enterprise analytics engagements.
• Experience working with Fortune 100 BFSI clients.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver business-focused analytics solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders.
