Job Description
Our client is an international law firm and they are looking to hire a Senior Application Developer. This position is responsible for developing AI-enhanced solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, primarily using C# and modern AI framework. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging AI-powered solutions to improve workflow automation, efficiency, and user experience.

Required Technology And Skills
- Design, web applications using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL
- Develop workflow automation solutions utilizing AI and machine learning technologies.
- Leverage agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and similar AI-assisted development environments to accelerate development velocity,
- Integrate AI-powered tools and services to automate document processing, data extraction, knowledge management, and business workflows.
- Build and maintain APIs and integrations with legal and business systems.
- Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape, proactively identifying opportunities to apply new AI tools
- Develop SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and reporting solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with ASP.Net and SQL Server
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- 1+ year with AI technologies, including prompt engineering, AI agent development, and integration of large language models (LLMs) into production applications
- Experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, including working with Azure AI Search or Pinecone
- Expertise with Copilot Studio, including building, configuring, and deploying custom copilots and AI agents within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem
Compensation
- $150,000-175,000
- Bonus
