American Cinema Inspires is looking for a sharp, resourceful, and endlessly capable Executive Assistant to work side-by-side with our CEO. This isn’t a behind-the-desk, answer-the-phones kind of role — it’s a front-row seat to the film distribution and production business, where your day could swing from confirming interviews to negotiating pickups to helping launch a viral TikTok campaign. What You’ll Own

Executive Calendar & Scheduling

Be the air traffic controller of the CEO’s world — managing a fast-moving calendar across Google and Outlook, confirming availability before anything gets booked, and making sure meetings, podcasts, and lunches land in the right time zone, every time.

Travel & Logistics Command Center

Build seamless itineraries covering flights, hotels, ground transportation, and dinner reservations. Coordinate directly with our travel partners and ground transportation vendors so the CEO never has to think twice about how she’s getting from A to B.

Press & Publicity Coordination

Get hands-on with press releases and radio campaigns that promote our films and events — reviewing drafts from networks and publications, incorporating executive feedback, and coordinating with regional radio partners to drive buzz in key markets.

Speaker & Podcast Outreach

Hunt for the stages that matter — festivals, film schools, universities, and industry markets — and pitch our CEO as the speaker they need. This is business development and brand-building rolled into one.

Influencer & Talent Relations

Be the go-to contact for our partners and stay plugged into TikTok and social platforms to scout new voices worth partnering with. You’ll also liaise with cast and crew on marketing plans and social media guidelines — a true hybrid of PR and talent management.

Film Market Logistics

Own the countdown to every major market — booking travel, coordinating shipping of promotional materials, and making sure nothing (and no one) misses a deadline.

Special Projects & Right-Hand Support

No two days are the same. One moment you’re setting up an account, the next you’re handling a return, the next you’re offering a second opinion on a big decision. You’ll be trusted to prioritize, problem-solve, and execute independently.

Marketing Communications

Design and deploy mass email campaigns via Klaviyo or direct mail to keep our audience and industry contacts in the loop on major announcements.

What We’re Looking For

• A proactive self-starter who anticipates needs before being asked
• Rock-solid organizational skills and comfort managing multiple moving parts at once
• Excellent written communication — you’ll be drafting, editing, and representing the CEO’s voice
• Comfort with tools like Outlook, Klaviyo, and social platforms (especially TikTok)
• A genuine interest in film, entertainment, and marketing
• Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to move fast without dropping the ball
