Job Description
We are looking for an experienced software engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python and building modern AI/GenAI applications for one of our Top Banking clients in Jersey City, NJ.
Title: Python/AI Developer
Job Type: Full time/Contract (12-18 Months)
Pay Range: $60-$65/hr on W2
Required Experience
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on Python development experience
- Experience building AI / Generative AI applications
- Chatbot, conversational AI, or LLM-based application development experience
- Strong experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar
- API development experience using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Strong SQL and database skills
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience deploying AI applications into production environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PySpark
- React or Angular frontend exposure
- Vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate)
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
