**New York City $200,000–$275,000 + Equity Office Based**

Neulinx has partnered with a venture-backed AI SaaS company to appoint a Lead Engineer (Golang) as they continue building one of the most exciting AI products in the go-to-market technology space.

Fresh from a successful Series B funding round , the company is scaling rapidly and investing heavily in its engineering organisation.

Their platform helps sales teams become more effective by using AI to analyse customer conversations, surface coaching opportunities and automatically capture valuable insights into the CRM. Rather than spending hours reviewing calls or updating systems manually, sales teams receive intelligent feedback on what went well, what could be improved and which opportunities require immediate attention.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, hands-on technical leadership position where you’ll own the architecture and delivery of complex product features while helping shape the future direction of the platform.

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering leadership, taking ideas from concept through to production, making key architectural decisions and mentoring engineers across the team.

The engineering culture is collaborative, highly autonomous and deeply product-focused. Engineers are encouraged to think beyond writing code, building solutions that directly improve customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced software engineer who has successfully owned the architecture and delivery of complex B2B SaaS products.

You’ll ideally have:

• 5–10 years’ commercial software engineering experience
• Experience as a Lead Engineer or Technical Lead within a product engineering environment
• Strong commercial experience with Go
• Deep expertise building distributed systems and scalable architectures
• A background developing B2B SaaS products
• Experience working within an AI-native software company or building AI-powered products
• Proven ownership of product architecture rather than contributing to isolated features
• Daily use of AI engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor or Codex
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising technical standards
• Ideally three or more years with one employer, demonstrating ownership and long-term impact rather than frequent job moves
