Project Manager – Commercial Millwork

Architectural Millcraft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience managing commercial millwork or custom woodworking projects and a strong understanding of project coordination from design through installation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial millwork projects, from kickoff to completion
• Acquire and verify field dimensions according to project requirements
• Review drawings and coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
• Utilize AutoCAD to interpret and manage project drawings
• Purchase non-stock materials and schedule deliveries in alignment with project and production timelines
• Monitor production progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in millwork or cabinetry project management (commercial preferred)
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: Up to $75,000 per year (based on experience)
• Job Type: Full-time (45–55 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
