Network Enterprise Architect - Zscaler

Role Description - We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Internet Security / proxy and Remote access solution, to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our network strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, hands-on experience with all Zscaler security products (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, ZDX mandatory) , Infra as code python/ansible (mandatory) and Cloudflare (nice to have), and a proven track record of delivering secure, scalable, and robust solutions in complex environments.

Solution Architecture and Design :

• Architect for design, implementation and upgrade of Internet Access Security and Remote Access solutions,
• Analyze current business processes, IT infrastructure, and security requirements to develop security of our network solution.
• Develop high-level and detailed architecture diagrams , technical documentation, and integration designs.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise security architecture, regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOX, etc.), and industry best practices. Implementation & Integration:
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and integration of Internet Security module and remote access on 90k+ users and 5000+ servers with enterprise systems.
• Make sure standard and procedures match internal Operation Excellence ambitions to process 400+ request every month
• Contribute to Infra as code initiative for security configuration management
• Level 3 support (escalation) for India Tech Hub Run team for his perimeter.
• Define and enforce standards and procedures.
• Ensure solutions support audit, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop detailed network architecture blueprints and integration diagrams tailored to business and technical requirements.
• Establish technical standards, patterns and best practices
• Validation of Document solutions designs , data flows and integration points.

Qualifications - Technical Competencies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Strong expertise on Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZCC and ZDX
• Strong Expertise on I nfra As code python/Ansible, proven deployments of API based scripts to manage or Zscaler.
• 10+ years of experience in complex network environments with existing large Zscaler deployment
• Zscaler Certification mandatory
• General shift business hours : from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST Professional Competencies & skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
