Job Description – Azure Logic Apps L2 Support Engineer

We are seeking an Azure Logic Apps L2 Support Engineer to provide operational support, maintenance, and enhancement of integration pipelines built on Azure Logic Apps and related Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Azure Logic Apps, integration workflows, and data pipelines.
• Understand, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot production pipelines and workflow executions.
• Analyze failures, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Support deployments, configuration changes, and release activities.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
• Monitor system health, performance, and SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, API Management, and related Azure integration services.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise integration pipelines.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and DevOps practices.
• Good communication skill , understanding of problem & expressing the same

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Azure integration and support.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Azure certifications are a plus.

Role Objective: Own the day-to-day support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Azure Logic App–based integrations, including accelerators developed by third-party vendors, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted business operations.
