Part-Time Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking experienced Home Health PTAs to provide patient-centered care to homebound geriatric patients across Los Angeles County. Enjoy ultimate flexibility by managing your own schedule and choosing your preferred neighborhoods, such as Echo Park, Belvedere Gardens, and East LA. Our app-based system simplifies workflows by handling credentials, scheduling, communication, and invoicing, allowing you to focus on patient progress. You will implement individualized plans of care, perform therapeutic interventions like gait training and balance exercises, and document progress using our compliant EMR. Requirements include a valid California PTA license, CPR/BLS certification, driver’s license, and recent TB test.
