Position Overview

Are you passionate about using technology for social good? We are seeking an AI specialist who doesn’t just use AI tools but knows how to engineer, automate, and integrate them into daily operations. In this role, you will lead the charge in transforming our small non-profit into a highly efficient, tech-forward organization. You will build the infrastructure that automates administrative tasks, amplifies our messaging, and scales our educational programs to reach and impact more people than ever before.

Key Responsibilities1. AI Automation & Workflow Optimization

• Email Systems: Architect and deploy automated AI systems to filter, prioritize, and draft initial responses for inbound communications.
• Data & Integration: Build seamless connections between existing organizational tools and advanced AI models (specifically Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s GPT models).

2. Development & Fundraising Acceleration

• Grant Writing: Develop and train custom AI workflows to assist in researching, outlining, and drafting comprehensive grant proposals.
• Donor Outreach: Implement automated outreach and personalization systems to engage, follow up with, and steward potential donors.

3. Multimedia & Content Engine Management

• Podcast Creation: Oversee the technical development, production, and distribution of the organization’s podcast using AI-assisted tools.
• Video & YouTube Strategy: Recreate, optimize, and launch our YouTube channel for maximum reach, utilizing Descript and other AI-compatible video/audio editing software.
• Digital Publishing: Manage a streamlined AI content calendar to generate high-quality blogs and push them out across platforms including Threads, Substack, and Medium.

4. Digital Education & Training

• Curriculum Building: Co-create and launch BCAGlobal’s proprietary online training programs, leveraging AI to build interactive modules and learning assets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven AI Expertise: Deep hands-on experience setting up, prompting, and maintaining AI workflows using Claude (Anthropic) and OpenAI API/ChatGPT.
• Automation Frameworks: Strong proficiency with automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or custom API integrations.
• Multimedia Savvy: Demonstrated experience with modern content tools, specifically Descript, alongside traditional audio/video editing workflows.
• Digital Marketing Literacy: Familiarity with the backend mechanics of Substack, Medium, Threads, and YouTube SEO optimization.
• Mission-Driven Mindset: A strong desire to apply technical automation skills toward community development, food justice, and non-profit growth.
• Agility & Autonomy: Ability to operate independently in a startup-like environment, quickly pivoting as AI capabilities evolve.
