Job Description: Network Engineer – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5 Years to 8 Years) We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer as a Lead Programmer Analyst to be part of our Global Network and End User Services Center of Excellence located in India / Hyderabad. This role involves providing standardized network services to all entities. The senior network engineer will be responsible for technically managing our global network including the SDWAN, the Secured Internet Access, Wifi services, DNS and the VPN, ensuring 24/7 support and being a member of the weekly on-call rota. The scope of this role encompasses all European organizations.

• Experience should have 5 to 8 Years Network Engineer as a Lead Programmer Analyst of which 5 years of experience in network management. Experience in managing large networks is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed environment.
• Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in network technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Juniper)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and datacenter technologies desirable
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM (ServiceNow)
• Proficiency in switching and routing protocols
• Exposure to design in networking architecture

Roles & Responsibility Global Network Operations: Operate our global network (SDWAN, Secured Internet Access, Wifi Services, DNS and VPN. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of these environments.

24/7 Support and On-Call: Participate in the weekly on-call rota for out-of-hour support

Technical Expertise Demonstrate proficiency in network based technical solutions

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across different European organizations to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud and datacenter operations.

Compliance and Security Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and security standards, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of company data.
